I had a pleasant stay at At Pingnakorn Nimman Hotel, with a spacious room that was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were diverse, with some authentic Northern Thai dishes that I really enjoyed. On the downside, the shower had low water pressure and temperature inconsistencies. and I felt there were some things missing, like information on hotel facilities in the room.
